Here we have our client’s BMW 535d M57 3.0 diesel common rail bi turbocharged engine producing originally 286 bhp and 560 nm of torque.
Client initially wanted to cheve about 350bhp but he decided to go for bi turbo hybrids. Ultimately he achieved 438bhp and 720nm. Check out the stages below.

Turbo hybrid must be perfectly balanced and pressure tested by experienced technician
25% bigger, lighter, slimmer, taller compressor wheel 
Hybrid turbo creates ~10% more boost
Turbochargers must be fitted and full service must be done as well.

Modified chra turbo assembly with hybrid compressor wheel 
The compressor housing must be modified to fit larger bigger compressor wheel.
The exhaust housing must be modified as well to fit upgraded shaft
Small turbo compressor housing machining for bigger compressor wheel application
Full rebuild and new parts must be applied 360 degree bearings, seals, shaft, wheels.
Assembly must be balanced and pressure tested.
We are using the latest turbo technics VSR balancing machine.
